Darin unterstützt sie zugleich den Vorschlag der Einführung zentraler Bankkontenregister auf EU-Ebene. Deutschland besitze mit dem Kontenabrufverfahren nach Paragraf 24 c des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen “bereits ein solches Instrument, welches sich als Ermittlungsinstrument bewährt hat”.
